A week of conversations, audits, and references. I read the room before I draw in it.
Two or three directions I’d each stake my name on, with animatics tight enough to feel the timing.
Animation, sound, colour. Weekly cuts, tight feedback loops, no black boxes between review and render.
Final master plus every cutdown, aspect ratio, and platform variant. Guidelines so the brand keeps moving.
